Favorite Character: Richard Montanez
Quote: “You better pray for a miracle Montanez. Because before this is over, one way or another, you won’t have a job.”- Lonny Mason
Fun Facts: Believe it or not, despite the film portrayal, Richard did NOT invent Hot Cheetos in real life.
Real life Richard and Judy Montanez made a brief cameo appearance trying Hot Cheetos.
Summary: A underdog story about a struggling janitor at Frito Lay who came up with a new hot (no pun attended) item.
The One Liner Review: Garcia’s delightful performance and the inspiring, entertaining story is ,as I quote, Flamin Hot, even if it similar to this years other biopic ‘Air’ then again they are both based on a true story, so I can’t really complain about that.
