Tagline: A wimp will rise

Quote: “You want me to read. I’m reading text! What’s the difference?”- Greg Heffley

Fun Facts: Many fans dislike the recasting especially Rodrick, which spawns the meme #notmyrodrick (a parody of #notmypresident).

Tom Everett Scott once worked with the former Frank Heffley, Steve Zahn in ‘That Thing You Do!’

The film uses the plot elements from several Wimpy Kid books.

There happened to be a recast because the original Wimpy kid Actor, Zachary Gordon was all growned up, so it was decided that the easiest thing to do was to get the new cast.

Summary: While the Heffley family takes a road trip to Meemaw’s house for her 90th birthday party, Greg Heffley schemes to get to the video game convention, which goes hilariously wrong.

The Review: I can guarantee you, You’ll be in for one long boring trip (unless of course you’re the fan of the books, then you’ll find this appreciable).
