Fun Facts: Wesley Snipes wanted to play Black Panther in the 1990’s but despite having a completed script, the project never made it past the development phase and by the time they did, he is too old for a part.

 

Shuri cites the self-lacing shoes from the film, “Back to the Future II” as her inspiration for the footwear of the upgraded Black Panther costume.

 

The movie was filmed in Atlanta, Georgia, and Busan, South Korea. The aerial shots of Wakanda are from South Africa, Zambia, Uganda, and even Argentina

 

The official language of Wakanda was derived from a real South African language, Xhosa

 

Summary: T’Chella, the king of Wakanda, returns to his home to take place as king of the nation, but is challenged as the powerful enemy appears.

 

The Review: A Marvel cinematic film that contains, brilliant costumes, spectacular visual effects and of course, such African culture!
