Jo invented DOROTHY, a device that will collect data from the tornado. But soon get in rival with Jonas Miller, who has a similar device. The Review: The tornado had sucked up the storyline, but I love the opening scene. The visual effects steals the show. It is the disaster movie of the 90’s.
