Synopsis: After the tornado killed her father when she was a little girl, Jo Harding became a storm chaser. But her she and her husband Bill had a difficult marriage and is about to get a divorce. Jo invented DOROTHY, a device that will collect data from the tornado. But soon get in rival with Jonas Miller, who has a similar device. None of the devices were successful but the chase is on to get the data.

The Review: The tornado had sucked up the storyline, but I love the opening scene. The visual effects steals the show. It is the disaster movie of the 90’s.
